I waited for 2 hours after noon
No appointment
It was around 5,000 yen for two people
As far as I know it is allowed. People did that when I was there
I always order scallops, mussels and sea breams.
The restaurant is closed on 1 Jan. Open from 2Jan.
The average party is 30 minutes, and the consumption of one person is about two thousand yen.
Three families are around 10,000 yen. In a couple, son of a small five. Even our children are delicious enough. However, because it is crowded, you have to line up early
All in all it was a decent conveyor belt sushi place, there was a line up already just before 11am , it was a bit pricier to places I've been to before, dishes start at 140 yen and most are in the 300-500 range. Worth a try!!
Will definitely visit again, long line waiting but really worth it.
Long wait! Sushi tasted good.
Incredible Uni Sushi without Nori . Exquisite hakaku sushi I’ve ever eat.Considerate service and warm smile.å°æ—¥å‹å¥½ï¼
Good quality fish. A bit pricey but given the location and service, it’s okay.
Not worth waiting in line for 3 hours. Once you get your ticket, you can roam around the area and come back for your turn but you might still end up waiting for a really long time. I felt bad for a group of tourists who were literally waiting in line for almost 3 hours but decided to give up and leave. They did have a few words with the staff as they returned their tickets. I think this restaurant needs to come up with a better solution to solve their waiting time.
Hanamaru is the only conveyor belt sushi restaurant I go to and it is fun just to even sit at the counter table. The ingredients are very fresh and they tend to use special/unique seafood of the season which you don’t usually see in other sushi restaurants. For me, it’s worth of queuing up. The whole experience pays off in the end.
A branch of a Hokkaido sushi restaurant chain. Extremely busy and lively. Affordable, by Japanese standards, however, this comes with a condition - not every dish lived up to the expectations.
Best kaiten sushi I have tried in Tokyo. Better than Misaki, Sushi Zanmai, or Kurazushi.
Fresh sushi! Friendly waiters. Totally worth to eat!!!
Great portions for a reasonable price. While there are other cheaper options, I found the quality and taste was top notch. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!Another reviewer rated this place as a 1-star and mentioned that you can leave and you can cut to the front of the line. This isn't entirely true. You draw a number when it's busy and you can either wait or wander. The ticket says that they will honor your number up to an hour after being called.
One of the best sushi in town prepare to wait 1-2 hours! Loved the freshness very reasonable pricing! Great sushi amazing uni scallop fresh fish definitely worth the wait! Loved the freshness very reasonable pricing! Great sushi amazing uni scallop fresh fish definitely worth the wait!
The food is fresh, the staff friendly, not overpriced, the setiing is fine and the location was perfect for us. Wide selection of sushis on the conveyor belt and fair selection of fish on demand. Not our first time there and defenitely not our last! Wonderful place, worth waiting for before our last train for Hokkaido.
One of the cheapest sushi you can find in Tokyo area. That explains the waiting hour. I spend about 1500 yen here.I waited for about 1 hour and a half. You can take a number, leave your phone number in the kiosk and then go else where. They will called you up when it is your turn.
Arrived 10:20am and already had approximately 35 people in front of me! Sad to say many people they’re in line not only for themselves but also their friends whom will only show up before 11...Most of the dishes were pretty great,âš ï¸Not recommend tuna series, not worthy of its price at all!!!
No cutlery if you struggle with chopsticks, no soft drinks. Just green tea and water or kids carton juices. No Edamame. Barely any variety on the belt. Whatever you do eat is delicious but whatever you ask for, you will get a "no we don't have" answer. Count your plate colors. We got charged 680 yen for a 148 or something yen plate. Expect to wait in queue for a while. Order off the menu to receive hot and fresh food especially chicken and hot chips.
Do not make the mistake we did. When you get your ticket, leave and walk around the mall, go to another district, leave the city! Do whatever you want. The staff will always work you in line even if you missed your ticket number by an hour or more, cutting everyone in line that is outside waiting... Nice for you, but very rude to the people who are punctual and patiently waiting. We were the patient and punctual people, don’t make our mistake!!!
Nice and affordable sushi-go-round restaurant near Tokyo station. It always has a lon long queue in front of it, and you'd better register first at the reception and you can go away until your turn comes. There are some good bar stands nearby to kill your time.
We received several items we did not order but couldn't return them, seems there is a mismatch between the English and Japanese menus. My Recommendation is to not order directly but just pick off conveyor belt if you are not fluent in Japanese. Uni was also not good at all so dont order it. What redeemed it was the seared salmon, fatty tunas, and hamachi which were all great. Price was also very reasonable. That said, not worth the 1.5h+ wait associated to being able to eat here.
We came at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday, and there was still a line! However, we only waited around 10 min. There’s good variety here, and you can definitely eat your fill for a reasonable price. Do as everyone else does, and don’t take items off the belt. Instead, order directly from the chefs. Most items were pretty good, given the price. It’s to be expected though that the seafood isn’t the freshest and tastiest. The uni was especially a bit sad. My favourites were the grilled flounder fin (so delicious we ordered it twice), potato dumplings and minced fatty salmon with quail egg yolk. I also loved the self-service hot tea.
Amazing sushi for a good price. Had almost no queue when we arrived at 10.45 am.
Only unfamiliar foreigners on sushi could rate this place highly. Taste, fresheness, serving quality and atmosphere are all below average.Worse part is there is a great degree of descrimination of race and nationality so that your dish will be served by the staff’s own measure of where you are from & how ignorant you are.
Came looking for a quick bite at lunchtime. Proximity to Tokyo Station is highly convenient. The line was moderately long and we gladly waited. The sushi was wonderful, affordable and fresh. Will look to come back next time I’m in Tokyo.
Need to queue for 180 minutes at dinning peak hour. But worth waiting for. High variety of choices and all products are fresh which are in high quality. Also beers and japanese wines are available. Price is moderate. English menu is provided. Staff understand English much. Very communicative.
far from excellent, long queue, smells not great from the outside, towards the end of customers peak time, items on conveyor quite boring. prices ok. over rated
Worth the (hour+) wait. Service is great and seafood all extremely fresh, with really good portion sizes. Would definitely recommend to snooty foodie family and friends.
Not the best quality and the crazy lines make it even less appealing.
Great experience! High quality fish (melts in your mouth) and quite entertaining to eat here because you can watch the sushi chefs making the food. Recommended! It’s in the fifth floor of the building btw.
Nice place to go. Reasonable price, fresh seafood sushi. Better go earlier as it is very popular place.
Awesome! Very good quality fish, amazing sushi for a very reasonable price 👌
Delicious food with fantastic setting and service.Highly recommended
Got our ticket and was told a 3 hour wait, but wasn't bad since we walked around the mall and outside. Came back and got seats. The quality was amazing, very fresh. Service was good. Worth the wait.
Really really good train sushi. There is a long wait, however there is a ticket system, just put your details into the machine, grab a ticket and come back later. For reference we waited 2 hours on a Saturday at noon. The mall and surrounding buildings have plenty of shopping and there is an awesome skeleton museum on the 2nd floor. Because of the long line the place is packed,so the train sushi is replenished very quickly. Absolutely no old pieces here. Also there is an English menu . Just write down what you want and simply hand to the sushi chefs. We stuffed our faces and the bill was just over 5000 yen. Great deal as this quality is crazy good.
Had to wait 1 & 1/2 hours to get in but every minute was worth the wait, even for a sushi sceptic like me. The non sushi options were great and I even thought the sushi was good even though I never eat sushi usually.Staff and service were great as well! Only wish they wouldn't let people in who missed their turn because they went shopping.
Long wait but amazing service and probably one of the best sushi I've had in my life. Waited an hour so I walked around and missed my spot but they put me in anyways, didn't really deserve it but I'm so grateful they did for one of the best sushi I've had in my life. Worth any wait.Pricing is amazing too!
Good quality and tasty sushi in a reasonable price. It’s located on the top floor of the Mall. You might need to wait about 40 minutes during lunch hours. A long queue of local people during lunch. The staffs are able to speak english. English Chinese Korean menu are available, so don’t worry about it. Definitely worth a try.
Sushi only, fresh, recommend sushi restaurant,
We arrived after lunch time and the waiting time is 3 hr. It’s better to take the number and go to do something else.Good price and good quality of food.
Amazing Experience. It was worth the wait
Delicious sushi, make sure you book in advance before you go, this places is always busy for the excellent food they serve.
Loved the freshness very reasonable pricing! Great sushi amazing uni scallop fresh fish definitely worth the wait! One of the best sushi place I have where been to. Loved the freshness very reasonable pricing! Great sushi amazing uni scallop fresh fish definitely worth the wait!
Great first experience at a conveyor belt style of sushi restaurant. Each and every piece was fresh and delicious. Staff was super friendly and the pricing was fair. Would highly recommend to any tourists that are looking for an authentic comfortable experience.
My favorite place for conveyor belt sushi. The sushi pieces are so fresh and flavourful. The staff are so friendly, easy ordering service by your personal sectioned sushi chef and delicious green tea! All for a reasonable price too! Love love love!!!
Really good quality and prices! We went and had a lot but still only paid about 1700 yen / 12 pounds! Lot of variety of fishes, though they had no more sea scallops when we went. Place accepts cards and green tea is free (use powder on red jar then hot water)
best assortment of fresh kaitenzushi i’ve had in japan.we went off peak hours and the sushi was amazing. they also have a secret menu.
To be really honest I think the sushi are just normal taste. Not that fresh and taste are really normal. I won’t come back again. We were anticipating on this restaurant and spent about 6k yen. Well it’s a bit disappointing just because of the quality
Had a good experience at this location, sushi was very good, the staff was friendly, and the prices are affordable. You first have to get a ticket at the kiosk machine, then wait till your number is call. It’s little difficult to use kiosk machine due to language, it’s best to wait for assistance. There might be wait , which in Japan that’s a good sign. Lots of local eat there. Cool spot highly recommended.
The sushi here was delicious, be prepared to wait a couple of minutes since there's usually a line, but it's worth it, and the price is really affordable
Quality sushi, reasonable price, friendly staffs. Prepare to wait a long queue.
Best sushi I have ever had. But be aware of waiting times in this delicious place!
